Objective

I am an ambitious, self-motivated young business professional with a focus on building the best foundation to jump start my career.  I am currently striving to obtain a field sales position in the medical device and diagnostics industry.  I hope to find a job that provides advanced product and procedural training while supporting my growth and development. 

Summary

The last two years of my life have been focused on strengthening my sales and leadership skills.  As a senior at the University of Cincinnati I am President of Latinos en Accion (LEA), an organization that has reached previously unimaginable success and participation while under my leadership.  The club and its three committees focus on community service, networking, and education.  Working with a team of people as driven as I am has been an excellent opportunity and has guided me though considerable growth.    I am also a member of the university’s National Collegiate Sales Team.  This team of exceptional business students practice spin-selling and other advanced sales techniques on a weekly basis and compete on a national level.

The University of Cincinnati helped me become a leader by allowing me to take chances and learn from my mistakes.  I am more motivated today than ever to accomplish my goal of being able to contribute my skills to a growing organization and develop a long term career path.  My background has given me the ability to become well rounded in public speaking, presentation, customer service, relationship based selling, marketing and strategic planning.
